Returns and Exchange Policy 

    REFUNDS ON FULL-PRICE GARMENTS
    We are happy to provide a refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing, subject to the following conditions:

    Refund Request: A refund request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Condition of Goods: The garment must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

    Return Shipping: Return parcel freight is at customer's expense. The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of the refund request to be eligible for a refund. 

    Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. 

    Please note that refunds will be made via the original payment method used for the purchase. 

     

    SALE ITEMS

    All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    EXCHANGES
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any of our items at this time.  

      

    Care instructions

      To extend the life of your clothing, we strongly encourage you to follow the care instructions located on the inside seam of our garments.

      We always recommend using cold water to wash our garments. This reduces the rate of microfibre shedding, and will prolong the colour clarity of the garments.   

      We cannot accept returns on garments which are damaged as a result of not following our care instructions.  

        

      Packaging

        Our Packaging is 100% Compostable, including our shipping labels, and stickers. We do not use plastic polybags, or synthetic bag liners. With this in mind, please take care when opening your parcels, as garments will be wrapped in tissue paper only.
