We don’t mean that in the sense that they’re really fast runners, though they probably are that too! We mean to give credit to the quick thinking, curious kids that we are raising.

OLLE Founder & Designer Fran Catts, is based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, with her husband Henry, and two young children. Having worked as a Fashion Buyer for close to two decades, and despite her best efforts, the niggling feeling that she was part of the apparel waste problem rather than the solution, became difficult to ignore.  

Surely beautiful kids clothing didn't have to cost the "earth"?

OLLE aims to resolve this. It is a brand that is serious about the environment, with designs that are anything but. Each garment is challenged with three questions - Is it responsibly made? Is it fun? Is it inclusive? If it doesn't tick all boxes, it doesn't make the cut. 

Bold branding and beautiful quality, OLLE garments are designed to be gender neutral. The world is tricky enough without the imposition of gender stereotypes on little kids, and we believe letting them choose the way they want to show up in the world should be celebrated! When children wear clothing that they love, and feel good in, this positively affects their confidence, and is one of the best forms of self-expression. Let’s start them young! We can’t wait to see the wonderful ways your little ones pull outfits together. 

While our production runs are small, our garment cuts are generous - with plenty of room to run, jump, dance and grow. Fabrics err on the heavier side, so that they are not only hardwearing, but will hold up wash after wash. Because let's face it, kids clothes spend a lot of time in the laundry. 

 The ultimate goal is to see OLLE items layered, something old mixed with something new, and worn with plenty of personality.
